Handmade Ceramic Cup – Citrus-Peel Texture & Black Line, 100 ml

A small handmade ceramic cup with a tactile citrus-peel texture and a contrasting black line created with iron oxide. Its 100 ml capacity makes it a companion for espresso or a small serving of tea.

Texture and contrast

Made using a technique similar to the larger citrus-textured cups, this piece combines coloured engobe with a deliberately roughened surface. The irregular texture recalls orange or mandarin peel, while the iron-oxide line adds a dark accent and a little contrast.
