Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be indicated on the product page.

Germany Standard Shipping — €4.90 (free on orders over €59) Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Europe (EU, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom) Standard Shipping — €12.90 (free on orders over €99) Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International (USA, Canada, Australia) Standard Shipping — €58.00 Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Carriers We ship via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
